Dee Estuary Conservancy Consultative Committee
The Dee Conservancy Consultative Committee consults on matters that substantially affect the conservancy, maintenance, protection, regulation, operation, management and improvement of safe navigation in the Dee Estuary.
NRW in its role as the Harbour Authority for the Dee Estuary is required by the Dee Estuary Conservancy Harbour Revision (No. 2) Order 2023 (the Order) to take into consideration any matter, recommendation or representation which may be referred or made to it by the Committee.
Membership
Composition of the Committee is prescribed by the Order and reflects the broad range of stakeholder interests in the Estuary. The Committee consists of up to sixteen members, drawn from the list which is set out in article 5(2) of the Order.
