Taff

Incorporates the catchments of all rivers, streams and other watercourses entering the sea along the coastline between National Grid Reference (NGR) ST 020 663 at Limpert Bay in the west and NGR ST 227 777 at Lamby, Cardiff in the east.

Includes the following rivers (and their tributaries):

• Thaw
• Ely
• Taff
• Rhymney

Gower

Incorporates the catchments of all rivers, streams or other watercourses entering the sea along the coastline between NGR SN 363 075 at St Ishmael in the west and NGR ST 020 663 at Limpert Bay in the east.

Includes the following rivers (and their tributaries):

• Gwendraeth Fach and Fawr
• Loughor
• Tawe
• Neath
• Afan
• Kenfig
• Ogmore

West Wales

Incorporates the catchments of all rivers, streams or other watercourses entering the sea along the coastline between NGR SN 607 890 at Upper Borth in the north and NGR SN 363 075 at St Ishmael in the south.

Includes the following rivers (and their tributaries):

• Clarach
• Rheidol
• Ystwyth
• Aeron
• Teifi
• Nevern
• Western Cleddau
• Eastern Cleddau
• Taf
• Tywi

Gwynedd

Means the area of the former Gwynedd River Authority and includes the following rivers (and their tributaries):-

• Dyfi
• Dysynni
• Mawddach
• Dwyryd
• Artro
• Glaslyn
• Dwyfor
• Seiont
• Ogwen
• Conwy
